Thermoform Products, LLC is capable of CNC trimming on
our 3 & 5 Axis Motion Masters. Our CNC department is
capable of trimming up to 60" X 120" X 30" Depth which adds
tremendous versatility to our operation.
Patterns are machined for temporary molds and aluminum
production cast tooling that will be used to thermoform
finished products. They are also used to trim and fabricate
final shape and details on plastic and thermoformed
parts...quickly and accurately. Our machines are capable of
3 & 5 axis movement and have tables to accommodate sheet
sizes up to 60" X 120" X 24" Depth.
Consistent, high quality, tight tolerance parts are the end
product of our CNC Trimming Department.
