Diversified Mold & Castings has been producing high quality aluminum castings and
tooling since 1939. Today, our company operates out of a 68,000 square foot facility in
Warrensville Heights, Ohio. Diversified Mold & Casting casts Aluminum, Zinc, & ZA Alloys
in both Plaster and Sand Molds.
Originally, Diversified Mold & Castings supported only the foundry industry through the
production of Match Plates, Cope and Drag Plates, Core Boxes and Pattern Castings.
Since its founding, however, we have expanded our product lines to include tooling for
the plastics industry, such as Rotational Molds, Thermoforming Tooling (vacuum and pressure), Twin Sheet
Molds, EPS Molds, Blow Molds, R.I.M. Molds, Kirksite Dies as well as Prototypes to simulated Die Castings.
Diversified Mold & Castings produces tooling for many well-known production plastic formers, foundries, and
pattern shops across the United States and internationally. Our strengths include the ability to accommodate our
