Our tooling department start by creating a pattern on our CNC equipment based upon drawings and
specifications of the custom part. From the pattern, our tooling department can produce either a
hardwood or aluminum water cooled mold. A wooden mold is used mainly for a customer required
prototype or a very low volume production run. The aluminum water cooled mold is used for large full
production runs or when pressure forming process is necessary.

schedules when product delivery critical. Rapid prototypes can often be realized in one week, with full part
