Reliable Formed Plastics LLC 17,000 Sq. Ft. Manufacturing facility is based in Birmingham, Alabama with a
Northern Sales Office located in Cleveland, Ohio. We offer over 50 years of experience in the Thermoforming
and Manufacturing of Custom Thermoformed Plastic Products for Food, Beverage, Retail, Displays, Marine,
Aerospace, Technology, Health Care, Medical, Packaging, Electronics, Standard / Custom Lighted Signs and
a number of products for O.E.M / Industrial Applications.
Our vision has always been to lead the market we serve by exceeding the expectations of our clients,
suppliers, and associates. This vision has taken us into new territories, enabling us to serve a large client
base located throughout the U.S. And Canada. We offer Thermoforming Capabilities to 48" X 96" X 30" Depth
Of Draw, CNC Trimming, In-House Tooling, Prototype / Development and many other Fabrication Service's.
